Salon Etiquette and Environment
ATC is a school. All services will be performed by students in training under the supervision of a certified, licensed instructor. As a result, your service will require more time. Your patience while we learn is greatly appreciated.
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off or set to vibrate while in the salon.
As a courtesy to our students and other patrons waiting for appointments, we request 24-hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for your appointment may result in an adjustment to your service or rescheduling of services.
ATC salon is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our clients, students, and staff. As a valued guest you can expect courteous and respectful service. Similarly, we appreciate your cooperation in treating our students in training and staff with courtesy and respect. Oppressive behavior, harassment and/or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and will result in refusal of service and a request to leave the premises.
